2. HEALTH AND SAFETY

2.1 Motor Sport and Fireworks can be dangerous; despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen. Please comply with all instructions of marshals and notices and remain in permitted areas only. Motor Sport can be loud, ear plugs are provided at the site office
2.2 The ticket holder must comply with all the relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event
2.3 Animals are not admitted to the venue, paddock or car parks, with the exception of guide dogs.  Those arriving on site with animals will be turned away
2.4 The Cholmondeley Pageant of Power and Cholmondeley Gardens cannot accept liability for injury unless caused by them or their agent's negligence, nor any liability for loss or damage to property brought to the event. The site and pathways are rough mown grass and you are advised to wear appropriate footwear and clothing. No open fires are permitted. St John Ambulance and Cheshire Constabulary will provide emergency cover
2.5 Portable viewing platforms are not allowed in the venue

3.1 You expressly agree, acknowledge and accept that we provide the information on this website for your entertainment only. If your tickets haven't arrived with you before the event and you have no other documentation, you will be asked to purchase tickets for admission on the day that you attend.  After the event you will then recieve a full refund for one set of tickets.
