The Cholmondeley Pageant of Power regrets that tickets cannot be exchanged, replaced if lost, or money refunded.
In the event of bad weather the event programme may be subject to variation in the interest of comfort and safety.
No private caterers are permitted. No areas may be roped or fenced off. Gazebos and other tented structures are strictly prohibited.
Ample mobile toilet facilities will be provided.
DISABLED ACCESS
Access to forward parking is available for vehicles displaying a registered disabled badge. There will be suitable toilet facilities available. Please note that the site is a rough mown field, which may create some difficulties for wheelchair users, scooters and other mobility aids.
SAFETY
The Cholmondeley Pageant of Power cannot accept liability for injury unless caused by them or their agent's negligence, nor any liability for loss or damage to property brought to the event. The site and pathways are rough mown grass and you are advised to wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Some areas of the site are unsuitable for wheel chairs and scooters and other mobility aids. No barbecues or open fires are permitted. St. John Ambulance - Chester Division and Cheshire Constabulary will provide emergency cover.
The Pageant of Power is classed as a motor racing event and due to the safety of participants and the general public, unfortunately we regret that no animals (with the exception of guide dogs) are allowed into the main site.
