Why Visitors Love Cholmondeley Power and Speed

Just a quick line to say thank you for a brilliant show. It is officially my favourite events of the year! The cars, the atmosphere, the public, the brisk trade, and even the really good refuse collection. Needless to say, you and your team are always a pleasure to work with. We would love to come back next year and put on a bit more of a 'pizzeria' feel. I think it would work well in our usual spot and would like to hear your thoughts on it. Thank you for another hugely fun weekend. I think that it was the best yet in terms of weather and fun, and we our takings were slightly up also, so I can do nothing but sing the praises of CPOP once again……it’s an amazing festival and an incredible feat that you get it so right every year.

Having had a week to come back down to earth after CPOP I thought I might share our thoughts! Background, we are four classic car owners( Triumphs) from Dublin, Ireland. Heard about CPOP having been to the last Status Quo original line up concert in Dublin earlier this year. Saw they were playing at CPOP, asked the lads, yes, let's go! One old Volvo, even older Raclet tent - it was a runner. Our overall feeling on CPOP was fantastic, magic, wonderful! This was heightened by the fact we were CPOP Virgins, a whole new experience.

Just got back to Kent from CPOP + Quo. Many thanks for an exceptional weekend. Absolutely first class, I can echo someone else's comment-nice to meet friendly staff and exhibitors-it doesn't occur too often nowadays! Looking forward to 2015.

Just a quick note to congratulate you and your team for organising a fantastic weekend.

I have been going to the POP since is it first started and year on year it keeps getting slightly bigger and lots better, but (and a big but) it still manages to remain a very friendly and “personal” event. I’m not sure of anywhere else were a very inquisitive 11 year old (Tom my son) could have an in depth talk about a car suspension with a busy Caterham mechanic working on the R600 between runs. Not really sure of anywhere else where you get within 20 yards of the cars to be totally honest.

The selection of cars was in my opinion was the best yet, just the right mix of old/new/fast/slow/loud and eccentric

The parking was fantastically organised, no queuing in or out.

Wow, what a roller coaster! What a Fantastic weekend you all put on, Congratulations! you deserved the sunshine all the way. I have heard so many positive comments not only from people who went along but from others who never got there, but have heard how fabulous it was. So relaxing and such a family event, the concerts catered for all tastes and ages something for all. Just to say a big thank you for your kindness and hospitality shown over the weekend, my family and I enjoyed the whole event immensely please pass on our many thanks to the whole team.

Firstly, thank you for such an amazing weekend, I truly loved it and can't wait for next year!!!What a fantastic weekend, I was utterly blown away by the cars the bikes, the circuit and the whole event. The Stage and music was awesome too and I loved performing to thousands with The RPJ Band, roll on next year!

Roll on next year !! Since I retired from racing (many years ago) I have been involved in many events, Goodwood, Spa Francorchamps included and I can honestly tell you CPOP 2014 has definitely been the best to date.

Congratulations on a great event - I was so pleased to see that you had secured record crowds and it was indeed great to be with you in the sun - enjoyed it immensely. The Excelsior with it's weird layout and controls seemed to bemuse a good few people and we had lots of questions all weekend including a good few from Steve Parrish who really had no idea what to say about it in commentary! Hopefully you and the rest of the team can grab a well earned break before the planning starts all over again.
