1.1 Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. The Management cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen. CPOP Ltd reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently. Tickets need to be specified for the day you are attending, tickets are non-transferable.
1.2 Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
1.3 Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
1.4 A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written permission is given by CPOP Ltd.
1.5 Please double check your order and tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
1.6 The Cholmondeley Fireworks Concert WILL take place in the event of bad weather, although the programme may be modified in the interests of safety and comfort.
1.7 There will be no pass-outs or re-admissions of any kind without the legitimate hand stamp of CPOP.
1.8 In purchasing a ticket through our site, you warrant that you are resident in the European Union.
1.9 Tickets will be dispatched at least 3 weeks prior to the event, and every day when close to the event.
1.10 Our standard handling charge is £2.50 per transaction, this year we will be sending e-tickets attached to your order confirmation email. Those who have bought CPOP Members tickets will continue to recieve their tickets through the post and a £2.50 standard delivery charge will apply per transaction. We do not have the facility in the office for ticket collections.
1.11 Tax Charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union has 20% VAT.
1.12 When orders are placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using a 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
1.13 Only 1 discount code to be used on one order, orders can be cancelled at any time if orders are in breach of this.
2.1 Motor Sport can be dangerous; despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen. Please comply with all instructions of marshals and notices and remain in permitted areas only. Motor Sport can be loud, ear plugs are provided at the site office.
2.2 The ticket holder must comply with all the relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event.
2.3 Animals are not admitted to the venue, paddock or car parks, with the exception of guide dogs. Those arriving on site with animals will be turned away.
2.4 The Cholmondeley Pageant of Power and Cholmondeley Gardens cannot accept liability for injury unless caused by them or their agent's negligence, nor any liability for loss or damage to property brought to the event. The site and pathways are rough mown grass and you are advised to wear appropriate footwear and clothing. No open fires are permitted. St John Ambulance and Cheshire Constabulary will provide emergency cover.
2.5 Portable viewing platforms are not allowed in the venue.
3.1 The Organisers of the Cholmondeley Pageant of Power would like to welcome and inform disabled visitors to the event that there are no permanent roadways within the main site arena and that the ground surfaces are predominantly grassland at differential levels and, therefore may become restricted during inclement weather. The car parks are all on grassland areas.
3.2 Access at Cholmondeley Pageant of Power for disabled drivers who are holders of orange or blue discs will have forward parking within Cholmondeley Pageant of Power Public Car Park that gives easier access to the main site arena. Within the Cholmondeley Pageant of Power site there are accessible lavatories in various locations throughout the site.
4.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of the Pageant of Power that is caused by any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident outside our reasonable control.
4.2 Patrons should be advised that official merchandise is only available from the official stand inside the venue.
4.3 Photography, cine-film, video film, sound or any other visual, or audio recording, or reproduction of the event, or any part or parts of them for any (non-private) use including making copies of the recording/reproduction, causing or permitting it to be seen or heard in public, broadcasting, diffusing, selling, renting, exchanging, lending, using for gain or otherwise dealing with it in whole or in part is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, The Cholmondeley Pageant of Power, Cholmondeley Castle Gardens and the British Racing Club reserve the right to confiscate and retain possession of any films made in breach of this condition without their express consent in writing.
4.4 The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity, but nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or for any damage or liability incurred by you as a result of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by us.
4.5 We shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of contract, loss or corruption of data or information, or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses; and our total liability (including any liability for the acts or omissions of our employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors) in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise arising in connection with your use of this site, your attendance at the Pageant of Power shall be limited to the price you paid for the tickets.

1. Ticket is valid for either Saturday 11th or Sunday 12th June 2016 at Cholmondeley Power and Speed and then the Saturday stage of WRGB held at Cholmondeley on Saturday 29th October
2. Data collected via ticket purchase will be shared with WRGB and automatically opted in to receive mail
We shall not ask you to supply any personal data as a condition of your use of this site. We will only ask for personal data if you choose to use our online ticketing services or if we (now or in the future) provide the opportunity for users to register for an event, order goods, join a mailing list, request information or enter into a booking for an event.
