Cholmondeley Car Club Day 14th October 2012
We had over 20 clubs attending the Meet which took place on a beautiful
autumn day. Our Car Club sponsor, Morris Lubricants, were judging the two classes
which were:
Class 1 - Best Club
Display: the winning club to receive 100 litres of Golden Film
products.
Class 2 - Most
unique/interesting car: the winning entrant to receive 25 litres of
Golden Film products.
The prizes were presented by Adrian Hill on behalf of Morris Lubricants
to the winners who were as follows:
Winning club � TR Register
Winning car � VW Karmann Ghia
Each club in turn completed two laps of the circuit at the strict parade speed of 30mph. Tea, coffee and cake was on hand and a free visit to the magnificent Cholmondeley Castle gardens was available to club members.
