Programme can be modified at discretion of organizers.
Once tickets have been purchased no refunds can be made.

2. HEALTH AND SAFETY
2.1 Motor Sport and Fireworks can be
dangerous; despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions,
unavoidable accidents can happen. Please comply with all instructions of
marshals and notices and remain in permitted areas only. Motor Sport
can be loud, ear plugs are provided at the site office 2.2 The ticket
holder must comply with all the relevant statutes, safety announcements
and venue regulations whilst attending the event 2.3 Animals are not
admitted to the venue, paddock or car parks, with the exception of
guide dogs. Those arriving on site with animals will be turned away 2.4
The Cholmondeley Pageant of Power and Cholmondeley Gardens cannot
accept liability for injury unless caused by them or their agent's
negligence, nor any liability for loss or damage to property brought to
the event. The site and pathways are rough mown grass and you are
advised to wear appropriate footwear and clothing. No open fires are
permitted. St John Ambulance and Cheshire Constabulary will provide
emergency cover 2.5 Portable viewing platforms are not allowed in the venue
3. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
3.1 You expressly agree, acknowledge and accept that we provide the information on this website for your entertainment only. Whilst we will use our best endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and correct, please note that we do not guarantee that the information shall be free from errors.
