The Estate
The Cholmondeley Pageant of Power takes place in the beautiful grounds of Cholmondeley Castle, where the Cholmondeley family have resided since Norman times.
Crewe & District Military Vehicle Club was established in 2005 with the clubs first purchase and restoration of a 1965 Daimler Ferrett Mk 2/3. Since then the club has grown to have a very varied collection of both British and American Vehicles from WW2 - Late 60's. The Club are very proud to of rescued many of these vehicles which would of otherwise been scrapped, now restored to their former glory, the club showcase these vehicles across the UK. C.D.M.V.C support the "Help 4 Heros" Charity and "Royal British Legion" Charity. Fundraising at all the events we attend.
The members of the club are local Military Vehicle enthusiast, many of whom are ex-service personel. You do not have to own a vehicle to be part of the club. we have many members who play a vital part in this clubs structure who do not have vehicles. All age groups are welcome and we encourage you to get in touch for more info.
In Sept / Oct each year we host our own 2 day event at Crewe Heritage Centre. Wheels of War (Past & Present) where we are host to 50+ Military Vehicle Displays and exhibitions.
